for his customer service, he should be working on that, not just selling shit to make money and then abadoning his customers who are waiting on parts...he should hire someone local to him (even someone off the forum) to help him...and if his customer service was up to that of SZ, IPP, Coz, or SPL, he would be making a lot more money anyways...i wanted to buy intercoolers and an ECU, and i considered purchasing from him, but he lost my business after i kept seeing "where is ash?" posts...and i'm sure LOTS of other ppl have gone to other vendors for the same reason i still want to buy ICs, but there is no way in fuckin hell i would buy from him, not even if he sold his SMICs for $200...to me, that's $200 down the drain cause i prob wont ever see it again in conclusion, if he fixes his giant business problem and can keep it an outstanding level, he will gain more customers and business...even if it means making less money now (or even losing money now)
